Great information, Hein! Ever since I was sick in December, I have been suffering from increased fatigue. Thanks for the extra tips about nutrition and also about working for 90 min and then taking a small break. Sleep is so valuable but hard to get enough of when you're a single mom of 3! LOL.

What a comprehensive solution to overall physical and mental well-being, fantastic! Thanks for sharing this brilliant information, we're off to do shopping soon so we'll remember to buy the cognitive enhancers like fish, etc. If I don't forget to remember now. What was it again I was going to do today? 😃

Hein V - "What was it again I was going to do today? 😃" Provide that light in the darkness that you seem drawn to my friend.

It's funny my dear father loves fish and eats it 3-4 times a week. Me; I drink omega 3 oil from the fridge 1-2x a day. I can feel my brain light up every time I take a small swig of it. One of the "few things" in life that never lets me down. And you Hein V are like taking a large swig of omega 3 oil to me.

Thank you for sharing!

Thank you for your kind words, we're getting the soft gels but I prefer having the fish. Then it's killing two stones with one bird.
